Feeding guidance

Offer a measured portion suited to your bird’s species, size, activity and overall diet. Follow the current packaging directions. Foraging feeders should have openings large enough for the ingredients and be suitable for your bird.

Check bowls daily and remove empty husks so they are not mistaken for uneaten food. Replace soiled food promptly. Keep fresh drinking water available at all times. Introduce changes gradually and ask your avian vet how to balance this mixture with the rest of the diet.

Storage and care

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Close the bag securely after use and protect it from pests.
• Keep bowls and scoops clean and dry.
• Check the best-before date and discard food that becomes damp or mouldy.
