Description

Seed mix for small birds – balanced daily feeding

MyPetShop Premium Seed Mix for Small Birds is a ready-to-serve blend of seeds and Nutrivit kibbles. The pack describes it as complete nutrition with vitamins A, D3, E and iodine. As a result, your birds get energy from the seeds and extra vitamins in every serving. In addition, the 2 kg pack suits a home with one bird as well as a busy aviary.

Why bird keepers choose this seed mix for small birds

• Balanced daily diet: the blend is made to meet the daily nutritional needs of small birds and to support activity, feather health and vitality.
• Vitamins A, D3, E and iodine: the Nutrivit kibbles add vitamins and iodine to the seeds.
• Antioxidants and fatty acids: the mix also provides antioxidants and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids for healthy skin and colourful plumage.
• Natural foraging: mixed seeds encourage birds to pick, husk and forage as they would in nature.
• One food for many species: parakeets (budgies), finches, lovebirds, canaries, small parrots, doves and other small seed-eaters all eat it.

Which birds is it for?

This seed mix for small birds suits pet birds kept indoors as well as aviary and garden birds. For example, you can feed it to:

• Parakeets (budgies) and lovebirds
• Finches, canaries and munias
• Small parrots and other hookbills
• Doves, pigeons, quail and sparrows

However, large parrots such as African greys and macaws need a bigger food, so see our bird food range for them.
